You may "Open" the document or "Save" it to your computer.
In the yellow highlighted area enter your total wedding budget.
Excel will automatically give you the estimated totals for each category.
There are breakdowns within the categories for items you might need. As you obtain these items enter the cost next to the item and Excel will do the calculating for you to see what your remaining budget allows.

This is a great way to get started if you have no idea what you want. Later in your planning you can rank or even eliminate options you are no longer considering.
